The second-floor apartment has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with a sofa and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter tap, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The dining table seats three and can also be used for laptop work. A small furnished balcony catches the evening sun.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe storage and an overhead fan. The bathroom has a Japanese toilet and a bathtub with an overhead shower. A combination washer/dryer is in a hallway cupboard. Central heating, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, towels, bed linen and basic toiletries are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Exmouth Market's cafes and restaurants are close by. Farringdon station is under a 10-minute walk away, with Elizabeth, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan line services. Many central London attractions are within walking distance or a short tube or bus journey. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator access.
