## About the house

This bright studio is ideal for one and suitable for two. The central living and sleeping area has a queen bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a desk for working or dining. Views take in the city with glimpses of the river and Kangaroo Point Cliffs. A smart TV supports streaming, including Netflix.

The compact kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, dishes and silverware. The bathroom has a shower, hot water and shampoo. Room-darkening shades and a smoke detector are provided. The home is on a single level.

Guests have exclusive access to the studio and access to the building's shared pool, gym and sauna. Professionally laundered linen and one bath towel per guest are provided; pool towels are not provided. Arrival supplies include tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen and bathroom essentials, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. These starter supplies are not intended to last the full stay.

The property is professionally cleaned and maintained. Restaurants, shops and riverfront walks are within walking distance, with public transport nearby.
