House rules
Maximum occupancy is four people; no additional guests are allowed. Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Parties or events can result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Treat the apartment with care and turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving. Supplies are provided only for the first days of the stay. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities; delays in providing identification delay check-in. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €25 + VAT, collected before arrival and payable by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Arrival after 02:00 requires availability confirmation before booking. Lockouts or failure to follow the correct checkout procedure incur a minimum €50 fee; a lost set of keys incurs an €80 fee. Leave the keys inside the property on the table at checkout.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Santos train station is approximately five minutes away on foot; Cais do Sodré and Time Out Market are approximately 15 minutes away on foot. Chiado and Bairro Alto are 15–20 minutes away on foot. Public transport makes it possible to explore without a car.
