The apartment has a naturally lit living room with a sofa, Smart TV and space to relax or socialize. An open, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and silverware. The terrace provides space for outdoor meals and relaxing with a view.

The main bedroom has a large double bed and unpacking space. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a view and hot water. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Guests have full access to the apartment, which is professionally cleaned before arrival. Supplies are provided only for the first days of the stay. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.

Santos train station is approximately five minutes away on foot. Cais do Sodré transport hub and Time Out Market are approximately 15 minutes away on foot, and Chiado and Bairro Alto are 15–20 minutes away on foot. Belém is 15 minutes away by train; Cascais is 35–40 minutes by train from Cais do Sodré. Nearby buses and trams, along with metro, train, ferry and bus connections at Cais do Sodré, support exploring without a car. Uber, Bolt and taxis are available in the area.

Maximum occupancy is four people; no additional guests are allowed. Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Parties or events can result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Treat the apartment with care and turn off lights and electrical appliances when leaving. Supplies are provided only for the first days of the stay. All guests must present valid identification before check-in for registration with the Portuguese security authorities; delays in providing identification delay check-in. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €25 + VAT, collected before arrival and payable by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Arrival after 02:00 requires availability confirmation before booking. Lockouts or failure to follow the correct checkout procedure incur a minimum €50 fee; a lost set of keys incurs an €80 fee. Leave the keys inside the property on the table at checkout.
