## About the house

This Pedregal villa offers Pacific Ocean views and two infinity pools, one with a jacuzzi. Outdoor spaces include dining seating for 22, terrace furniture, a fire pit, a gas grill, and shaded structures.

Nine suites each have a private balcony or terrace; eight bedrooms have king beds and one has a queen bed. Inside are a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, an additional commercial kitchen, and a home theater with a 112-inch screen and 12 reclining seats. Amenities include an ocean-view gym, elevator, washer and dryer, air conditioning, wireless sound systems, a professional pool table, smart TVs with Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Vonage phone system, and water purification.

The villa is close to beaches, the marina, and restaurants in Cabo San Lucas. Daily cleaning is included except on Sundays and Mexican public holidays.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises; violations may incur a fine. At least one guest must be over 30 years old and responsible for the group. Cancellations are permitted up to 60 days before arrival; after that, payments are non-refundable. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Easter reservations are non-refundable. A security deposit is required and fully refunded if no property damage occurs.
