Pets, smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 20:00–10:00. The flat is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2.

Beckton DLR Station is approximately an 8–10-minute walk away. London City Airport is approximately 5–10 minutes away by DLR or taxi; Canary Wharf is 15–20 minutes by DLR; ExCeL London is 10–15 minutes by DLR or bus; Stratford is 20–25 minutes by DLR; and Bank / Central London is 30–35 minutes by DLR. Nearby buses connect to Canning Town, Plaistow and surrounding areas. Drivers have convenient access to the A13, and Uber, Bolt and local taxis are available.
