Smoking, parties and events are prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in termination of the stay, eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. Treat the property and neighbors respectfully. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide valid identification documents before check-in for mandatory registration with the Portuguese authorities. A minimum call-out fee of €50 applies if access assistance is needed during the stay or for subsequent guests because keys were not returned by the agreed check-out time. Additional charges may apply depending on circumstances and costs incurred. Lost or damaged keys incur a minimum replacement fee of €80 per key set, with possible additional charges depending on key type, replacement requirements and other costs. Stay-extension requests must be made before 16:00 on the day before scheduled check-out. With less notice, a €43.05 fee applies for last-minute cleaning cancellation, in addition to extra-night accommodation charges. Late check-in from 20:00 to 02:00 costs €40, payable before check-in by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre. Check-in after 02:00 requires availability confirmation before booking.
