House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 15:00. All guests must submit a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET). A security deposit of 1500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.

The apartment is in Business Bay, near the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Water Canal, and minutes from a Metro station.
