The furnished apartment has a queen-size bed, built-in closet, blackout curtains, a four-person dining table, recliner sofa and streaming-ready Smart TV. The full bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with water dispenser, cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, kettle, cookware and tableware. A stacked washer and dryer are inside the unit. The single-level home has a private entrance. Shared grounds include tropical gardens, three swimming pools, a children's wading pool, shaded rancho areas, outdoor furniture, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The gated complex has an entrance guard, 24-hour security cameras and daytime grounds staff. Towels, bed linens, toiletries, a hair dryer, iron, high chair and cleaning during stays are available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are provided. Long-term stays are allowed.

Playa Ocotal is about a 15-minute walk down the path from the complex. Playas del Coco is about a five-minute drive away, and Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately a 30-minute drive away. A rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Ocotal and Coco.

Maximum two guests. No pets or indoor smoking. No parties, events, or bachelor or bachelorette groups. Complex quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Follow the rules posted at each pool and supervise children.
