House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. Parties, antisocial behaviour and smoking are prohibited. Additional people require prior approval. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages. Pets are not allowed. House-rule breaches may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Dispose of waste only in designated bins; do not leave items on balconies, in hallways or in common areas. Do not admit strangers or allow vehicles or pedestrians to tailgate through the car park. Ensure gates close fully, do not prop open access doors, and lock your vehicle with its windows closed. Report suspicious activity to Concierge. At checkout, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability assessed the night before and cost extra; booking the preceding or following night, subject to availability, is the suggested way to guarantee additional access. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. Travel Support coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses allows claims up to 500 AUD, subject to terms and conditions; details are available from Guest Support after booking.

Getting there

Key collection is offsite; collection details are provided three days before check-in for successfully reserved bookings. Mandatory identity verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Spencer Outlet Shopping Centre is a 1-minute (50 m) walk away; Marvel Stadium and Monash City Campus are a 9-minute (600 m) walk away; SEA LIFE Aquarium is a 12-minute (850 m) walk away. Melbourne Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
