House rules
No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties or antisocial behaviour, and no smoking at any time. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report breakages. Breaching house rules may result in a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory identity verification is required after booking; check-in details are released only after successful verification. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional cost; booking the preceding or additional night is suggested to guarantee extended access, subject to availability. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
Parking has a 2.1 m vehicle-height limit. A bus stop on Launceston Street is about 550 metres away; routes 4, 5 and 59 reach the city centre in about 15 minutes. Ride-sharing services are recommended. Westfield Woden is 1.5 km away, about four minutes by car. Phillip Swimming & Ice Skating Centre is 0.4 km away, about four minutes on foot or two minutes by car. Oakey Hill Nature Reserve is 4.0 km away, about 15 minutes by car. Canberra Airport is 15.1 km away, approximately 17–20 minutes by car.
