House rules
No smoking. One pet is allowed, with one additional pet permitted for a fee of $150 plus tax per week in 2026 or $275 plus tax per week in 2027. Cats are not allowed. Pets must be well-behaved and housebroken and must not enter pools or hot tubs. A violation of the pet policy may result in termination of tenancy.
Getting there
The home is oceanside in Sea Pines, within minutes of the beach and Duck Village shops and restaurants. The beach can be reached on foot via Sea Pines Beach Access. Parking is limited to five vehicles. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.
