The middle level has a king ensuite and a queen ensuite, each with a private bathroom, plus a bedroom with two twin beds, a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk set, and a full bathroom. Covered decks and a screened porch extend the living space outdoors. The ground level has a den with a sofa and TV, laundry facilities and an outside half bathroom. The main bathroom count comprises four full bathrooms and one half bathroom; the ground-level outside half bathroom is listed separately. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, basketball hoop, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs are provided. Sea Pines community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts and beach access.
