No parties, venue use, smoking or pets. The apartment is for up to 2 guests. Building body corporate and house rules also apply. Security cameras operate in common areas of the building.
Getting there
Tahunanui Beach is 450 m away and is directly opposite the apartment. The property is within walking distance of local cafés, restaurants and activities. A dedicated secure garage is provided for one standard vehicle, with a maximum entry height of 2 m. The waterfront road is busy and some road noise is possible.
