Designed by Philip ‘Pip’ White, the estate has six bedrooms and panoramic views across Maunalua Bay. Kitchen, dining and family spaces open toward the bay and lanai through sliding doors. The kitchen has marble counters, wood cabinetry, stainless appliances, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and extensive small appliances. A separate media room has a large flat-screen television and a Sonos sound system.

The oceanfront lawn has lounging areas and shaded seating. Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, BBQ area, shuffleboard, basketball hoop and pickleball setup. Beach chairs, beach towels, an outdoor shower and a cooler are provided; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Two upper-level primary suites have ocean views, access to a shared veranda, and ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs and walk-in showers. The third bedroom is upstairs with mountain views; the fourth is on the main level. The separate guest cottage includes a wet bar, pool table, fitness area and television. The pool room has an adjacent full bathroom and no air conditioning.

Nearby Hawai‘i Kai offers dining, marina access, beaches and water activities. Kahala and Diamond Head lie west along the south shore. A car is recommended. The property is offered as a monthly rental with a minimum rental period of 30 consecutive days.

Minimum rental period: 30 consecutive days. The full monthly rate applies even when occupancy is less than a full month; prorated rates are not available. Standard occupancy is 12 guests, with a maximum of 16; additional-guest fees apply. Electricity usage cap: $600/month. A $1,000 refundable electric deposit is required. Beach equipment rentals are available at an additional charge.
