No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or use the elevator if its locking system is faulty, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs.
Getting there
Second-tier oceanfront home with a shared walkway connecting to Buck Island Access. Timbuktu, restaurants, shops and Food Lion are within walking distance. Parking is limited to six vehicles. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight requirements; steps or thresholds may be required for access.
