A shared beach walkway connects with Buck Island Access. Timbuktu, restaurants, shops and Food Lion are within walking distance. Level 1 has three ensuite bedrooms, a theater with a large flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave, a recreation room, double laundry and a double garage. It opens to the private outdoor pool, hot tub and poolside tiki bar. Level 2 has five ensuite bedrooms and a sports bar with a pool table. Level 3 has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and whirlpool tub, a great room with surround-sound media center, a dining area with a separate children's table, and a kitchen with a five-burner cooktop, two sinks, two dishwashers, a double oven and a wine cooler. The bed inventory comprises five king beds, one queen bed, two twin beds and four duo bunk sets, each with a double bed below and a twin above. Amenities include an elevator, central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets, washers and dryers, outdoor furniture, five beach chairs, an outdoor shower, a poolside cabana, wet bar and hard-lined gas grill. Entertainment includes multiple TVs, streaming TV, foosball, shuffleboard and a whole-house radio/intercom system. Cable TV is offered for 2026 only.
