House rules
No smoking. No pets allowed. Sunday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it. Do not operate the elevator if its locking system malfunctions or the ride or sounds are abnormal; do not attempt repairs. Optional pool heating must be added before arrival and is unavailable in July and August. Early check-in is available in limited weekly quantities for an additional, unspecified fee. Bookings more than 51 weeks in advance are permitted. The electric fireplace is available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront beach access is via a private walkway with steps from the pool area. A shared beach walkway is also available. Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant; steps or thresholds may be required for access. One ground-floor ensuite has handicap-friendly features. Parking is limited to 10 vehicles.
