The top floor features an open-plan great room with ocean views, an electric fireplace available seasonally, surround sound, and indoor and oceanfront-deck dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen has two ovens, two sinks, two dishwashers, a large granite island and a wine cooler. An elevator connects the levels. Two oceanfront ensuite bedrooms occupy the top floor, each with a full bathroom and deck access. The middle floor has four oceanfront ensuite bedrooms and two ensuite bunk rooms, each containing four built-in twin sleeping places with individual charging cubbies and lights. All middle-floor bedrooms and the separate office/den have deck access. Two further ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor; one has handicap-friendly features. The bed inventory comprises eight king beds and four twin-over-twin bunk sets. Ground-floor entertainment includes a tiered theater room and a recreation room with a large TV, bubble hockey, pinball, a multi-game arcade machine, lounge seating and a high-top table seating eight. A kitchenette has a refrigerator, ice machine and microwave; a wet bar includes a full-size refrigerator. A full bathroom opens to both the recreation room and pool area. Double laundry facilities are on this level. Outside are a private outdoor pool with a shallow wading area, a hot tub and a shaded cabana with a fan, mini-refrigerator and outdoor sound system. A private beach walkway with steps leads from the pool area to the beach and includes a foot-wash station. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, dune deck and five beach chairs. A shared beach walkway is also available.
