Strict no-party policy. Pets are permitted outside only, and the yard is not enclosed. Linen is not provided; linen hire is available. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to terms and conditions.

The beach is a two-minute walk away. Apollo Bay township is a ten-minute drive away. Bedrooms and living spaces are arranged across ground and first levels.
