The house

The apartment occupies two floors and has a small garden, terrace and equipped porch. The residential complex has communal gardens and a shared chlorine swimming pool measuring 40 × 20 m, with depths of 1.50–2 m. Sun loungers and parasols are available. The pool normally opens from June 1 to September 30; community regulations may change these dates without notice, with updated information available on arrival.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living-dining area and kitchen have television, a fireplace and air conditioning. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. This floor also has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs are another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The upstairs double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate shower bathroom serves the floor. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. A crib and high chair can be provided. Towels, a hair dryer and fans are available. Free Wi-Fi and free parking for one car are provided.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Mandatory electricity and final-cleaning charges apply, and a damage deposit is payable on arrival.
