The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Follow the good neighbor policy and do not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Outdoor music is prohibited; indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. The description requires a minimum stay of 28 days, while the calendar advertises two nights; confirm the applicable minimum for your dates. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout by 10:00; other times may be requested but are not guaranteed.
Getting there
The indoor fireplace is not operational. The River offers restaurants, shops and entertainment. Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 17 miles away and ascends Mt. San Jacinto to over 8,000 feet; Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is 7.5 miles away.
