Adults-only accommodation; not suitable for families with small children. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house occupies a five-storey building, with the main accommodation on the first through third floors and a terrace on the top floor. There is no elevator. The accommodation is not suitable for families with small children. The garage holds one car and cannot accommodate a large vehicle. Playa de Palma, Paseo Marítimo is 1.3 km away and can be reached on foot. Plaça D’En Coll bus stop is 60 m away, Palma’s Estación Intermodal is 850 m away, the ferry port is 6 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 8.7 km away and Hospital Son Espases is 6.5 km away.
