## About the house

This restored five-storey building combines traditional Mallorcan furnishings with modern elements and parquet floors. The main interior accommodation occupies the first, second and third floors. On the second floor, the living area has a sofa, TV and DVD player and shares an open space with the dining area and kitchen. The main kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, appliances and cooking utensils.

The bedroom below the living area has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. The bedroom above the living area has a double bed, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. All interior rooms have air conditioning.

The top floor has a terrace with two sun loungers, a basic second kitchen with a small fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery, and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and a free garage space for one car are available; the garage cannot accommodate a large vehicle. There is no swimming pool.

Bars, restaurants, cafés, shops and bus stops are accessible on foot in the surrounding old town. Playa de Palma, Paseo Marítimo is 1.3 km away and can be reached on foot. The port is 6 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 8.7 km away and Son Muntaner golf course is 7.5 km away.

Plaça D’En Coll bus stop is 60 m away, Palma’s Estación Intermodal is 850 m away, the ferry port is 6 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 8.7 km away and Hospital Son Espases is 6.5 km away.

A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
