The house

The house is arranged over two floors in a rustic Mallorcan style. Outdoors, a private chlorinated pool measures 12 × 5.5 m, with depths from 0.8 to 2.5 m. The surrounding terrace has sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a chill-out area. There is also a garden, barbecue and a porch with a long dining table.

The ground floor has a living-dining area with Smart TV and a separate kitchen with gas hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. Two bedrooms are on this floor: one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A separate shower bathroom and laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board are also on the ground floor.

Upstairs, a second lounge has a sofa and TV. The three upstairs bedrooms comprise one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with a further bathroom with bathtub. Six fans are distributed across different rooms; there is no air conditioning. A cot and high chair can be provided. Wi-Fi, satellite television, towels and a hair dryer are available. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

The quiet rural setting is 10 minutes from Manacor, with supermarkets, restaurants and essential services. Cala Romàntica is 14.4 km away and can be reached in 20 minutes. Drach Caves are nearby in Porto Cristo; Vall d’Or Golf is a short drive away. Exterior parking accommodates four cars; covered parking is also available.
