House rules

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A seven-night minimum applies during the Christmas and New Year period. Resort registration is required before arrival, including guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort fees are $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 are complimentary. These fees are paid directly to the resort. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees are additional. A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required.

Getting there

Minitas Beach is approximately 0.1 mile away, across the street from the villa. One four-seat golf cart is included for getting around Casa de Campo.
