## About the house

Minitas Garden has five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and Guest Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 each have a queen bed. The interior includes spacious living and dining areas and a separate study for reading or focused work. Wi-Fi, satellite or cable TV and a speaker system are provided.

The Italian-designed kitchen overlooks the gardens and includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and kitchen basics. Dish soap, detergent, paper towels and other household supplies are provided. A housekeeper and cook are included. A washer, dryer, hair dryer, safe, essentials, shampoo and hot water are available.

The gardens surround a private pool with a gazebo and outdoor seating. A hot tub and lanai or balcony are also available. One four-seat golf cart is included for getting around Casa de Campo, and a parking space is available.

Minitas Beach is approximately 0.1 mile away, across the street. Casa de Campo offers a marina, golf pro shop, equestrian center, tennis center, shooting center and Altos de Chavon. Resort registration provides access to the Casa de Campo Spa, fitness center, golf courses and advance tee times, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A seven-night minimum applies during the Christmas and New Year period. Resort registration is required before arrival, including guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort fees are $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 are complimentary. These fees are paid directly to the resort. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort fees are additional. A security deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required.
