Respect neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. No parties. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only; smoking inside the apartment results in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. A security deposit of 1000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. AED 500 is deducted from the deposit for each lost access card or set of keys. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
Mall of the Emirates and JBR Beach are an 18–20-minute drive away. Restaurants, cafés and shopping outlets in JVC are within walking distance. Baby cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
