# Minimalist Marvel in East Hampton East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 2,500-square-foot home has minimalist interiors, wood accents, oversized sliding glass doors and a living room opening onto a deck. The equipped galley-style kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, air conditioning, cable and streaming television, and a standard closet. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a skylight and desk area. An additional private sleeping area has a Twin/Single bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The two listed full bathrooms have showers. Outdoor facilities include covered and uncovered deck areas, patio furniture, two lounge chairs, a charcoal grill, wood-burning fire pit and hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private fenced lap pool is 40 feet long and 4 feet deep. Four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Indoor facilities include a steam room, central air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, smart television and Bluetooth/Sonos speakers. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are available. The home is near Amagansett village, Accabonac Harbor and Gardiner’s Bay beaches. The homeowner handles on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. The property is not suitable for multiple families or children. Maximum occupancy is four; no additional persons are permitted. The primary renter must be at least 35 years old. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs above $60.00 per reservation night. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours. Damage protection of up to $25,000 applies in lieu of a security deposit; coverage details are in the booking agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If the owner elects to reopen canceled dates and they are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original reservation total is issued after the replacement reservation is fully paid. If dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original dates if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival.
