House rules
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable. Cleaning by qualified staff is mandatory, except for check-ins after 15:00 and check-outs before 11:00. Groups of up to six guests require one cleaning staff member, groups of seven to twelve require two, and groups of more than twelve require three. These times are cleaning-service exceptions, not stated check-in or checkout times.
