Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
You cannot book just one room; the entire home must be booked.
What type of cuisine is served?
Authentic, home-fresh meals are offered from a standard menu. Meal preferences and dietary requirements can be shared after booking.
Do you allow loud music?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep noise mild and within the villa.
Can I reserve the home for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Yes, events and shoots are allowed subject to the home owner's approval. Meals can be arranged at an additional cost, pool access is subject to approval, and additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply.
