Milville accommodates five guests with open-plan living, a kitchen and dining area, and a rear sunroom. The lounge has a TV, DVD player, sound system, Wi-Fi, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a wood fire. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan; the second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have heaters. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, with a separate toilet. A full laundry includes a washer and dryer.
Linen is provided. Games, books and DVDs are available. Outside are a fully fenced garden, a large deck, outdoor seating, a BBQ and an outdoor shower. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
