Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. The housekeeper/cook prepares breakfast and lunch six days a week; guests pay for the ingredients. The beach has seasonal fluctuations in accessibility.
Getting there
The villa is beachfront, with the beach outside the gate. A reef is immediately in front of the property, and a sandy beach is a short walk down the beach. Beach accessibility varies seasonally. Water shoes are recommended. The property is on the coast road, so occasional road noise may occur.
