## About the house

The house has a large garden, terraces, a children's play area and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. The living-dining room has a television and access to a terrace and the garden. A fireplace is also available.

The equipped kitchen includes utensils, crockery, a refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas cooktop, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee machine. It opens onto the back porch. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, towels and hair dryer are provided.

Three garden-facing bedrooms comprise two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. There are two bathrooms: an indoor bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning; fans can be provided on request. A cot and highchair can also be provided for a baby.

Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available. There is no swimming pool.
