House rules
The entire home must be booked. Extra guests are accommodated in each bedroom with an extra floor mattress. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden or lawn, but not inside the home. Alcohol is permitted within limits; late-night revelry and loud music are not encouraged.
Getting there
The villa is two minutes from the Kundalika River. The property has views of the Sahyadri hills.
