House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking under Delaware regulations. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking; an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; no refund is available within 30 days. Booking constitutes agreement to VueStay’s rental terms, house rules and cancellation policy.
