## About the house

The 3,000-square-foot house accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Outdoor spaces include a deck or patio, a garden or backyard and outdoor seating, with seasonal mountain and ski-slope views.

Inside are a living area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen basics. Entertainment includes a game room, ping-pong, a pool table, television and board games. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, hot water, Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace and a washer and dryer are available.

Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, towels, a hair dryer, hangers and toiletries are provided. Children are welcome; baby safety gear and a playground or play area are available. The property is managed by First Chair Operating Company LLC, with a local team based in Glen.
