No parties, venue use or smoking. Pets are not permitted. The property is not suitable for children under 12; enquire before booking. The room is on the first floor and may have noise from the kitchen, adjacent areas and waterfront road. Early check-in and late check-out may be available by arrangement for an additional charge.
Getting there
The property is in Britannia Heights, 2.2 km from Nelson town centre. Tāhunanui Beach is 1.8 km away and is described as a walk along the waterfront. Kaiteriteri, the Abel Tasman National Park entry point, is about 60 km or a one-hour drive away. Parking is free and on-street nearby. The driveway may be used to load or unload, but it is steep and has limited visibility when exiting; a spotter and extra care are recommended.
