The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Dogs are welcome; no other pets are allowed. The media lounge sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests within the maximum occupancy of eight. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.

Sunrise Park is centrally located in Palm Springs, less than 1.5 miles from Downtown and close to the airport but outside the flight pattern. The Farmers Market and Camelot Theater are a short stroll away. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are nearby.
