No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide an official photographic identification document. Cancellation: full refund when cancelling at least five days before check-in; 50% refund when cancelling less than five days before check-in. The full cancellation policy applies.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator. An internal wood-paneled staircase leads to the upstairs primary bedroom. A cat usually lives in the home.
