# Mid-Century Oasis East Hampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 3,250-square-foot home accommodates up to 10 guests. Light-filled interiors have high ceilings, an open floor plan, curated furnishings and artwork. A kitchen, microwave, fireplace, heating, fitness equipment, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are provided, along with bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment. The main floor has a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The lower level has a queen bedroom. Upstairs are the primary king bedroom and a queen bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom and streaming TV. All five bedrooms have air conditioning. Four full bathrooms are arranged across the main floor, lower level and second floor; all have showers, and the primary bathroom also has a tub. Outdoor facilities include a fenced private yard, fenced private pool, an expansive sundeck with chaise loungers, a hot tub, tennis court, outdoor living space, al-fresco dining and a gas barbecue. Pool and outdoor-equipment use are subject to seasonal conditions. The hot tub is scheduled to open from May 15 through October. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Bedrooms are located on the main floor, lower level and second floor. Nearby beaches include Main Beach, Georgica Beach, Wiborg Beach, Eqypt Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Maximum occupancy is 10; no additional guests are permitted. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule them during reasonable daytime hours. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement booking is collected. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use the original dates if payments are current and Marquis is notified in writing at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; amounts above $3,500 must be paid by check, ACH or wire.
