House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. The property manager must meet guests within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. Permit 003971. Pool and spa heating is optional for an additional daily fee; request it before arrival and allow up to 48 hours for heating.
Getting there
Driveway parking is limited to two cars. Downtown Palm Springs is a five-minute drive away, the airport is one mile away, and Tahquitz Canyon is two miles away.
