House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests checking in must send a passport or valid ID, as required by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism. A security deposit of 2500 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellations within 14 days of arrival incur the total reservation price.
Getting there
Private beach access is available on Palm Jumeirah. Atlantis The Palm, Aquaventure Waterpark and The Pointe are nearby.
