This is a smoke-free home: violations incur a $500 cleaning fee, with additional responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Park only in designated property parking locations and follow any posted street-parking signs. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
