The house

The estate has four bedrooms, a bonus room and a kids’ room. The main-level open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall ocean-facing windows, a sectional, Smart TV and pocket doors opening to the lanai. The kitchen includes Bosch appliances, double ovens, a wine fridge, a center island and a passthrough window to the covered outdoor dining area.

The primary suite has an ensuite with a soaking tub and dual vanities, an ocean-view balcony and a workspace. Guest Suite 2 has an ensuite and mountain-view lanai; Guest Suite 3 has an ensuite and mountain views. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite and TV. The bonus room and ocean-view kids’ room have split air conditioning. All bedrooms and the media room have air conditioning.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool with a swim-up bar, integrated spa, shaded lounge and atmospheric lighting, a heated lava-stone outdoor shower, a garden, and a furnished lanai with a BBQ kitchen and ocean views. Indoor extras include a game room, dedicated children’s play space, a library with books and seating, Sonos audio, television and DVD entertainment, and printer/scanner/fax facilities.

Cribs, a high chair, pack-and-play equipment, toys, stair gates, beach towels, linens, washer/dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided. The home has a private entrance, smart locks, self check-in/check-out and advertised 24-hour check-in. It is in a gated community with 24-hour security. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, outdoor lighting and security cameras. Free parking is available.
