## About the house

The villa accommodates up to eight guests with three bedrooms, four beds and 3.5 bathrooms. High ceilings and an open-plan layout connect indoor and outdoor living spaces, with Pacific Ocean views from nearly every room. Air conditioning is available throughout the home.

Outdoor facilities include a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and grill, a lawn and an outdoor shower. Guests have access to community tennis courts, a gym and a yoga platform. Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator and window coverings are provided.

A staff member welcomes guests at the villa and provides instructions and assistance. A 4×4 vehicle is mandatory for access. Travel from San José (SJO) Airport takes approximately 3.5 hours by car; an alternative is a 20-minute flight to Quepos Airport followed by 50 minutes by car.

The jungle setting brings occasional wildlife encounters despite pest control. Weather and falling branches can cause power outages, and the spring-fed water supply can occasionally be interrupted. Pool maintenance requires staff access to the house.

A 4×4 vehicle is mandatory to reach the property. San José (SJO) Airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. Alternatively, a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos Airport is followed by 50 minutes by car. Playa Matapalo and Playa Linda are each approximately 25 minutes away. Occasional power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur.

The maintenance team requires access to the house for pool maintenance. Occasional encounters with insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles can occur despite pest control and do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. A cleaning fee of $128 and a service fee of $154 are published; the service fee varies with the number of days.
