Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax, Ecotasa, applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The apartment is on the first floor without a lift. Puerto de Alcúdia Beach is 120 metres away.
