Five air-conditioned bedrooms each have a full ensuite bathroom: three have king beds and two have queen beds. An air-conditioned lower-level sleeping area has a queen sofa bed. A first-level suite includes a sauna and private deck. The north-wing suite has a wood-burning fireplace, private study, jacuzzi tub and double shower; the south-wing suite has high ceilings, surround sound, a gas fireplace, soaking tub and double rain-head shower. The primary renter must be at least 30. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of 12 are permitted. Bunk beds may be accommodated at an additional cost, without increasing the maximum occupancy. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited under the events policy; any proposed event, commercial activity, rotating guest group or other non-traditional use requires prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased deposit. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included in the rental amount, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $0.00 per night.
