House rules

The responsible renter must be at least 25 unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request, and remain at the property throughout the stay. Younger guests must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of five. Stays are temporary only; permanent residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including decks and outdoor areas. Pets require reservation authorization. Parties, events, commercial photography or filming, tents and other structures require Avari's written permission; additional fees may apply. Charcoal grills and illegal activity are prohibited. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Subject to booking-channel terms, guests may be charged for damage or loss, up to $1,000 for pet-policy violations, and up to $500 for additional cleaning or the actual cleaning cost if greater for rule violations or excessive mess. Currency for these dollar amounts is not identified. Guests are responsible for applicable fines and related damages. Late departure may incur a fee of up to one night's rental. Rule violations may result in removal without refund. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge. Report maintenance, housekeeping or safety issues promptly and allow reasonable time for resolution. Entry may occur with reasonable notice or immediately in an emergency. The booking channel's cancellation policy applies. Unit-specific terms override the general rental terms, and booking-channel terms control where they conflict.

Getting there

The home is on the shores of Mercer Lake with access from a private dock. Adults must supervise minors at all times.
