House rules
The maximum occupancy is four guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium, and visitors must be identified in advance. Overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are not allowed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. The property uses self check-in without an in-person host. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00; a late check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional nightly charge.
